How do I know and when to pay the balance?
When we receive the product release notice from the factory, we will send a reminder for the balance and you must place the order and complete the payment on the website within 7 days.
The order will be cancelled after 7 days if you do not make payment. If there are special reasons to extend the payment deadline, please inform your sales manager in advance.
We will sell your products to other clients if your order cannot be paid in 14 days, but you can still get them if we have stocks for you.
If orders has been stuck for over 30 days, we have to cancel your order and cannot refund your deposit.
