The Hot Toys head sculpt team has meticulously crafted a highly realistic 1:6 scale head sculpt of Cassian Andor based on his appearance in the film, accurately capturing the facial features and dark hairstyle of actor Diego Luna. Through multi-layered painting techniques, they have meticulously depicted the skin tone, pore texture, and beard details; the eyes have a movable function to fine-tune the direction of sight, further capturing Andor's deep, calm temperament and experienced charm.

The figure utilizes a newly developed body with 30 points of articulation, allowing for a variety of flexible poses.
